| I am an experienced child care worker, with years and years experience looking after children. I am looking for part time work while I raise my beautiful 8 month old daughter . I have worked as an Au Pair, ran youth programs for Carnival Cruise Lines and I am currently employed but have not returned to work after having my daughter. I am fun, reliable and flexible. | I am an experienced babysitter and nanny for children of all ages and abilities. I have been babysitting since the age of thirteen, I am currently 21 years old. I grew up in a community based neighbourhood where I was a casual babysitter for most of the families who lived near me. From 16 to 18 years old I worked as a part time nanny for a family with two children, a young girl and boy. The 10 year old girl had a disability called Rett Syndrome which taught me feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing, managing seizures, administering medication, transportation, and managing her wheelchair. Because of my experience learning to manage her disabilities, I feel very confident in looking after children both with and without special needs. I lifeguarded for many years and currently hold a first aid certificate. I am from California and grew up in a big family with lots of younger cousins. I miss having the kind of energy and fun working with kids on a regular basis brings to your life.
