Babysitters in Lynfield

| I've been working with kids since I was 10-y/o and I love it. I have always been the family's emergency babysitter and I used to babysit and take care of my nieces and nephews. Ages are ranging from 4 months old to 6-y/o. If it's nice out, I'd be happy to take the kids to the nearby park or for a walk around the neighbourhood, but if not, I can also do arts and crafts with them, do puzzles, read to them, and play with them. In my free time, I love working out, watching TV series and solving puzzles.

I’m in my fifth and final year at Auckland University and have been a nanny throughout my studies. I’ve found that childcare makes for a great part-time job as the work is enjoyable, as opposed to an added stress. I have a fun and relaxed approach to the work, wanting to make the kids as comfortable and happy as they can be when their parents aren’t home. I aim to build a relationship of mutual liking and respect with children, and only scald when necessary, meaning that children really listen when I occasionally say "NO!")

I graduated from Marist College last year and was very active in the performing arts. I was a part of our school musical in 2021 and 2022 and enjoyed taking care of and looking out for the girls who where younger than me. I am reliable and honest with good time management skills and strong communication skills. I am very much a people person and love kids.

| I’ve babysat my younger siblings while my parents worked full time that included showering/bathing, feeding and playing. I’m fun and energetic but can also be calm and quiet, I enjoy helping to take care and being very gentle with young ones.

| I have been childminding on and off for the last 3/4 years, minding children aging from 1 to 13 years old. I am happy to prepare meals, assist in homework and create fun and exciting games. I can also provide police clearance to give parents trust in knowing their children are in safe hands. I have worked for the same family for roughly 1 year. The boys were 3 and 5.
