We are looking for a nanny for 2 days afterschool per week to pick up our 5 year old boy from school and bring him home (we are walking distance) but you can drive too. Once home, we would love you to do some activities with him - baking, beach, swimming lessons, adventures, taking the dog for a walk, picking up groceries etc. Some light house work required and meal prep for kids dinner. We also have a 3 year old but we pick her up around 4:30 and get home shortly afterwards. Looking for someone who is responsible and loves to have fun with kids.

I am looking for a nurturing and responsible babysitter to look after my 3year old son. We are a blended family. I have full-time care of my son, and my partner has his daughter half of the week. I am looking for someone that can pick my son up from daycare early afternoons (1:30) and give him some 1:1 or small group time (if you have kids). He is finding the long days at daycare overwhelming, and I think would love time to go to the skatepark, play at the playground, have someone read to him, or simply just some quiet time after a busy morning at daycare. He attends Bloom Early Learning and Play. Ideally this would take place in your home, as my partner works from home, but this isn’t to say you couldn’t pop in if need be. I would like someone with a few years experience and references and who lives near Papamoa Beach.
It would be great for my son to develop a bond with someone so we could have the odd night out as well, since I don’t have any family in the area.
Hours would be 1:30-5:15 on Wednesday and 1:30-4:15 on Thursday.
