Job Offer: Nanny Position
We are hiring a nanny for our family of five, which includes two older children aged 15 and 9, and a newborn arriving in March. The nanny can start as early as mid-February, even before the baby arrives, and initially help by driving our older children to school and other task.
We live in Herne Bay and have roots in Switzerland and Tahiti.
The nanny will primarily care for the newborn, while also being available for our older children as needed. We are looking for a long-term nanny, who lives in our spacious home. Someone who is flexible and can also travel with us on our trips abroad.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Trustworthy, pleasant, and passionate about children, especially newborns.
- Possessing strong experience with newborns, which is essential.
- Available for night care of our baby when necessary.
- Competent, loyal, and someone we can involve in our family, working exclusively for us on an indefinite basis.

We are looking for a fun-natured and reliable person to join our family in Herne Bay.
We are looking for someone who can care for our 3.5yo and 1.5yo boys, by collecting from kindy at 2.45pm and then daycare, four days per week, and spending time with them until we get home from work at 5/5:30pm.
You will be responsible for:
- Picking our oldest boy up from kindy at 2.45pm, then our youngest boy from daycare nearby straight after
- Providing their afternoon snack
- Hanging out with them at home or at the park (potentially a swimming lesson lesson one day a week)
- Getting kids dinner sorted (will mainly be prepped) and the boys fed
- General but light clean up of the kids toys/dinner mess
- Bath time if there is enough time before we are home
You would need your own car and clean license. Days would be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday, but can be flexible if needed. There is potential for it to increase to five days in a few months time.
