Hi there. We are in need of a nanny and home helper! We are two busy doctors and need some extra help with our two children (aged 10 and 6). We need help with about 3 - 4 mornings a week (getting them ready for and to school - 200m walk down the road) and also for about 3 - 4 afternoons a week (picking them up, homework, activities, basic housework and cooking). There can be some flexibility in the exact hours and days worked as long as we can cover the few days where we absolutely need help because of our work schedules. We can guarantee a minimum number of hours a week (about 15, but this is negotiable). Start times for mornings would be 7:30am (until 9am) and for afternoons 3pm - 6pm. The mornings could be longer if you were also willing to come back to the house and do housework such as laundry and basic cleaning etc. Also evening shifts could be longer if willing to stay and 'babysit' letting the parents out of the house once-in-a-while =) We do have a dog (an extremely loveable Retrodoodle) who would love the odd walk also (can be tied in with the school drop-off and pick-ups). We are an easy-going and friendly family. We are looking for someone who can connect with us and our children, show initiative and is motivated to making our lives easier. Honesty and reliability are a must. Would prefer someone who is planning to stay in the role long-term. If you think this role could be right for you then we would love to meet you.
