Maths Tutors in Malahide

| My name is Heather and am based in Dublin. I completed by Leaving cert in 2018, and am currently studying Engineering in Trinity College. My leaving cert results include H1's in Physics, French and DCG, and H2's in Maths and Applied Maths. I am Gardai Vetted through Trinity College, Tennis Ireland, Volleyball Ireland and Scouting Ireland. I will always first identify areas of which the student feels weak in knowledge, focus on developing their confidence in these and then on to the course as a whole. Regards my approach for teaching number based subject, I feel it is always much better to fully understand the practical elements, no matter how long it takes or how quickly you pick it up, rather than learn off theory after theory, and then put these to practise with questions. I also believe a good understanding of the exam paper (timings, structure and choice questions) and exam questions types is vital, as at the end of the day the Leaving Cert often comes down to the exam that comes up on the day.
