| English Literature Graduate available for one to one tutoring across Edinburgh. Currently training in a PGDE at Moray House, Secondary English Teaching. I cover S1-4, Nat 5's and Higher. Creative and Imaginative lessons to help students get the most out of their English studies. Focus on writing and reading skills, essay writing, spelling, punctuation and grammar, exam prep, speech and debate, text analysis, creative writing; covering all aspects of the curriculum. Focussed sessions depending on your child's needs. Sessions primarily online, but happy to discuss home visits.

| Is the homework demand becoming a problem in your house? For many families, there's just not enough time during the working week to meet homework deadlines. The young learners at Practice Makes Progress with Angela Verity are offered an opportunity to work within a more structured learning environment, free from distraction and where they feel that they are given the appropriate support and guidance. I offer:- P1-P7 (all subjects covered) S1-S4 (English & Literacy) Nat 5 (English) Nat 5 (Prelim & Exam Prep) 6.20-7.20pm (Weekday Eve Homework Sessions) 1.00-2pm (Friday Homework Sessions) Individual Tuition (available on request). Entrance Exam Prep (available on request) Homework is monitored by me but not marked, unless I have set the homework. This allows for the young person's teacher to assess how well they have coped with the task.
