| Hi! I'm Teacher Jules! I am an experienced online English tutor with close to 2,000 hours of experience. I teach English both as a first language (i.e. the UK Curriculum) and hold a Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language Certificate with merit. I enjoy teaching both adults and children. I do private one-to-one online lessons creating individual learning plans depending on the needs and desires of my students. I help with homework and examination preparation and feel most comfortable teaching KS1 and KS2 SATs and 11+ English and Verbal Reasoning in the UK and other English examination requirements if you are living abroad. My teaching style is approachable, friendly and encouraging as I believe students learn better in a comfortable and supportive environment. I have recently completed Level 3 certificates in Understanding Dyslexia and in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I combine my online tutoring with pet/house sitting! | I offer tutoring in Music, History and English. I have just completed A levels in these subjects, all to a predicted A/A* grade. I have a lot of experience in Music, both in academics and performance, having attended the Purcell School for Young Musicians and Junior Royal Academy of Music (studying French Horn, Voice and Violin), and been a member of the National Youth Orchestra. I love learning and teaching History, and have recently gained a place to study it for undergraduate at UCL.
