| I’m a Sussex Uni student studying zoology, tutoring in GCSE/secondary school English, Chemistry, biology. Can also offer Drama exam preparation. I can also assist with Psychology, Sociology, and Biology A Levels if needed! I’m patient and enjoy helping people learn, so would love to help out in whatever form is needed. Online sessions are preferred, but I can do in person tutoring for Brighton, Falmer, and Lewes. Pets are a plus!

I have been a nanny for 5 years, a tutor for chemistry at university level for 1 year, and have been a teacher's assistant at English Summer Camps for 3 years. I love teaching, learning, and interacting with students.

| I recently graduated with a 2.1 from the University of Cambridge with a Master's in Natural Sciences. Throughout the degree, I took modules in chemistry, maths, physics and geology and specialised in chemistry in my third year. I have 4 A-levels in maths, chemistry, physics and further maths - all grade A*. I have experience tutoring GCSE Maths in a secondary school whilst I studied for my A-levels. I want to become a tutor now as I have seen how much it helps students to have extra teaching time outside of the classroom! I enjoy helping students really understand a topic so that in the exam they feel confident and capable to answer whatever question comes their way. I am offering tutoring in maths, further maths, chemistry and physics up to A-level, and biology up to GCSE. My teaching style is different depending on the needs and requests of each student. I explain difficult topics clearly and use exam questions to make sure that the student can recall the information with confidence. I am very sociable and friendly and have many interests outside of the classroom, for example, tap dancing and spending time with my friends!

My names Tom and I’m a recent graduate from the University of Bath finishing last year with a 2.1 (69%) in Natural Sciences (major in chemistry, minor in biochemistry) and am currently looking to tutor full time whilst applying for a masters in sustainable chemistry for 2021. I've been tutoring now for 4 years across a range of ages from GCSE to undergraduate level and am fully prepared to teach towards all exam boards across KS3, GCSE and A level. When we first meet we'll determine together what your key goals are for the tutoring sessions and I'll set out a timetabled plan of how many sessions we'll need and what aims we'll cover in each session. All lessons will be prepared for thoroughly beforehand and will entail an intro which sets out the lessons objectives, questions and teaching designed to reach those objectives and a summary at the end to ensure there's no misunderstandings. Whilst the lessons will be concise and hard-working I like to keep a relatively relaxed atmosphere where all students will feel comfortable to speak their minds and freely ask any questions they want to.
