Special Needs Care in Wirral

| I am at the University of Chester in second year studying English Literature. I have 4 years experience in tutoring and childcare. I am currently working as a care worker for Hays Social Care, working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. I am enthusiastic and put 100% into my work and am passionate about helping other!

| Good day and thank you for taking a few moments to read such a snap shot of who I am. I've already come a fair distance from the beginning of my career in 2010 when I started an NVQ at a Dental practice for 2 years. I've recieved a high level of education since then.. from HE health level 4 all the way through to Bachelors Degree where I study in London. I've always been independent and have lived mainly across wirral but also in London. At present I've been with a charity supporting young and elderly peoples with LD of many descriptions to live as independent as possible to live forefulling lives. As a senior carer and assistant to manager I am a part of care planning, multi-d team meetings, best interests and safeguards etc. I also assist admin through interview processing, rota building for over 20 staff and observing medication/ finance for competency and e-learning.
