I have currently worked in a special needs school for nearly two years, and I am currently in the middle of doing my teacher training. I have a lot of experience in dealing with a wide range of learning disabilities and special needs.
I have done lots of training, but mainly specialising in ASD behaviour, speech and cognitive delay.
The reason I chose to go down this career pathway is becuase I want to make a change, and I find it’s such a rewarding job. Being able to put a smile on someone else’s face is priceless.
