Special Needs Care in Highbridge

I trained as a learning disability nurse and also have a level 5 qualification in Health and Social care. I have specialist skills with people who have profound and multiple learning disabilities, although this is not extensive as I also have a wide experience in working with people with all levels of ability and needs. I work in a person centred way and always put the needs of the people I am working with at the forefront of everything I do and always treat people with dignity and respect. I have also worked in hospital settings including, stroke units, surgical and medical wards and out patients departments. My experience includes palliative care, care of the elderly, people with mental health needs. I feel I am compassionate and empathic to people's needs whatever challenge they May face, I love working with people and feel I always give them the best possible care and support according to their need.
