My name is Leigh and I have been working in healthcare for over 10 years. I am very passionate about my job and thrive on making a difference. It is important for me to support with a person centred approach and to give each individual what they require and deserve. I have worked for healthcare agencies during my ten years which has given me a very diverse range in learning disabilities with both children and adults. I am trained in a caring role with all ages. I also have experience working in day nurseries and children's homes, brain injury and mental health. I can adapt quickly and effectively to most situations and will give 100% in making a difference to the client. I have also worked as a carer in The Caribbean and in Gibraltar at The Nightingale Facility during the first lockdown.
