| About me; I’m a mother myself to birth & adopted children. Therefore, I completely understand the importance of finding a trustworthy person, to care for your precious child/children. My adopted children are on the spectrum, I’ve extensive knowledge & the process of seeking a diagnosis. I’ve been a foster carer for the local authorities for a number of years. I’ve also worked as a Shared Lives carer, providing respite to young people & adults with additional needs. I’m a provider, working as management in the care sector for over 16yrs so I’ve a wealth of experience & knowledge, dealing with complex needs. I’m very competent; managing teams, overseeing & problem solving. I have great attention to detail in all that I do, always going above and beyond. I have high standards where needed, your child will always look presentable & clean. Personally; I’m a loving, outgoing, positive woman who loves to spread joy & happiness :)This time of the year, I have availability. Being a mum, I totally understand the struggles & needs of finding the right person, who you can have confidence in. As I’m an older mother, I carry all the experience, knowledge & wisdom. I have an enhanced DBS, business insurance & license with Conwy Council.
