Very caring and understanding person

I have a NVQ 3 in social care for children and young people, I have worked in residential care for over 5 years with young people and adults with challenging behaviour and metal health problems, I am TCI trained, courses attended included safeguarding, trauma and abuse, first aid and meds. At the moment, I work in mental health as a senior support worker, I am also trained in medication administration. I'm a very hard worker and enjoy new challenges.
