| I am a service manager within community living supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism. I have level 3 & 5 health and social care qualification, and registered with social care wales. I adhere to the legislations within social care and support individuals in a person centred way. I have experience with carrying out personal care duties, supporting people to health appointments and accessing their communities and attend activities. I am a driver, with access to my own car with business insurance. I have experience with supporting individuals who are epileptic and need rescue medication, as well as those with complex health conditions.

| I have a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy and previously worked as a child physiotherapist in India for almost a year. I have gained excellent experience in the field of paediatrics. I gained a lot of experience in the field of paediatrics when I was in India, learning and using NDT and sensory integration. Although sensory integration is a component of occupational therapy, I feel that as a physical therapist, I must be knowledgeable about it. To that end, I have attended workshops on the subject.Additionally, I have worked with kids who have conditions including cerebral palsy, various autism syndromes, and ADHD. I'm confident that my background in paediatrics will enable me to better understand and care for your child.
