| As a support worker, my primary goal is to help elderly individuals maintain their independence, daily needs, and overall quality of life. My services may include, but are not limited to: 1. Companionship: I can provide emotional comfort and social engagement by spending quality time with the elderly individual, engaging in activities they enjoy, and accompanying them to appointments, events, and outings. 2. Personal care: I can assist with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication management, ensuring the elderly individual is clean, comfortable, and healthy. 3. Household chores: I can help with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, preparing meals, and running errands, thereby reducing the burden on the elderly individual and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. Overall, as a professional support worker, I aim to provide the elderly individual with the care, support, and comfort they need to live their lives as fully and independently as possible.

| I have lived with my Nana as young as 11 years till I was 24years. I took good care of her till i death. I cooked, clean after her, dressed her up, take a walk with her, played her favorite games with her, shopped for her, harvest her farms, accompanied her to events/places she wished to visit and talked about everything. Also I took care of my late dad who had stage 3 diabetes; I administered his medication at the appropriate time, prepared his means, wash and cleaned after him, do fun activities like dancing, walking, conversational, movies and many more.
