I have volunteered with a dog and a cat charity, namely Cats Protection and Greyhound Rescue. I am passionate about the welfare of animals, and consider my own as my family. Because of this reason, I fully understand the concerns that people are faced with when they have to leave their pet and seek additional help. My work with Cats Protection has involved a number of roles, but applicable to this, I have attended to the branch's cats in care and received training from the organisation in infection control and emergency handling. My work with Greyhound Rescue has also involved a number of roles, including transporting dogs from kennels, or to kennels, looking after a dog overnight if it was taken in late and looking after dogs at street collections. I am not an experienced sitter, but I have had animals (cats, dogs, fish), all my life and I am more than prepared to supply references on request. I am sensible, caring and reliable. I am also CRB checked under my current full time employment.

Big Hearted Animal Lover
| I absolutely adore animals and find so much pleasure playing with my two young cats and walking my mum's dogs. I only have personal experience, not professional but I have a big heart and a desire to please our canine/feline friends. My young son has autism and is fascinated by animals. The joy on his face is priceless. We are a family of 4 with 2 cats 3 fish and my extended family of 2 dogs I walk for my mum.
