Dog Sitters in Newbury

| I have grown up with dogs and they are an animal I love and understand. I establish quickly a strong rapport with every dog I meet as I am aware of varying personalities and know how important it is to recognize each dog’s unique personality and the temperament typified by a breed. In recent years I have walked dogs in my locality and taken on dog sitting for people who wish to leave their pet while they go out or away on holiday. I know how much dogs mean to their owners and I take my responsibility for their care very seriously. I am confident when handling dogs and maintain an expectation of reasonable conduct on walks. I find the dogs I have walked respond well to my voice and any encouragement I extend to promote good social behavior on walks. The dogs I have cared for and walked include a bull mastiff blood-hound cross; Salukis; lurchers and greyhounds; labradors, daschunds, a Tibetan terrier, and a Maltese terrier. Our family dog is a working springer spaniel – a breed well known for its lively disposition, willful character and need for long walks.
