I'm an extremely considerate and caring person. I have a passion for animals. I love animals of all shapes and sizes. I'm very good at picking up on animal's and people's needs. I have carried out some work experience on a pig farm and on a dairy farm. I walk and train my grandma's 1 year old Springer Spaniel, Rosco. I love him loads. I work with him to teach him tricks and to improve his behaviour. He's extremely energetic, but I'm very enthusiastic and energetic, myself, so I really enjoy spending time with him. I am going on a course in July to gain experience in Animal Husbandry, Animal CPR, Keyhole Surgery and using a stethoscope, as well as other things, however this does not give a formal qualification. I am going to take a Marine Mammal Medic course, which follows on from the July course, this will give me an official recognised qualification to treat beached and injured marine mammals. I will be doing some voluntary work on a farm and also in a veterinary surgery to gain more experience and knowledge. It is my intention to go on to study an animal related degree in September 2016.
