Cat Sitter "give a little bit of happiness to a furry friend and support for you when you need it"
| Hi there, A little about me. My name is Tash and I live locally in Ringwood, Hampshire. I have two passions in life, Dentistry (17yrs) and Animal Care, for which I am in my second year of my Veterinary Nursing Degree. For around 10 years I have been proving cat sitting visits to family and friends and I love it. Why do you do this you are probably asking? Well, I get a great deal of satisfaction being able to give a little happiness to a furry friend and support for you and the family when you need it. I have a young cat of my own called Ralph and he is a big part of my family, he's not just a pet. I only give the care and attention to each visit as I would hope that others would do for me and Ralph. It doesn't take much to go the extra mile for the difference it will make to the owners and the animal. I am trust worthy and reliable with my own transport. Happy to travel within 10mile radius, I just ask that anything over 10miles there is a contribution towards my petrol costs. If you are looking for someone to check in on your furry friend, replenish food/drinking bowls, clean and change cat litter, coat brushing, and most importantly give love an attention then I would love to help. In 2025, how much does a cat sitter cost in Ringwood?

Hiring a cat sitter in Ringwood through Care.com will cost an average of £13.00 per hour as of January 2025. This rate will vary depending on the level of care you need for your cat, the number of cats you have, and the total amount of hours or days your cat sitter will need to come to your home. Some cat sitters will charge a fixed rate per day if full-time care is requested.

How can I find a local cat sitter near me in Ringwood?

There are currently 2,166 cat sitters in Ringwood, although you can expand the radius of your search if you'd like to increase your options.

What questions should I ask a cat sitter in an interview?

The best cat sitters in Ringwood have a combination of experience and passion for cat care. Ask questions about the types of pets they have personally owned and how often they are currently cat sitting. Because cats behave differently than dogs, make sure to ask questions that are specific to cat behaviours and tendencies. It's also a good idea to give specific scenarios to the cat sitter you're speaking to so you can have a good idea of how they will treat your cat when they are in your home. Be sure to ask for references from other cat parents in Ringwood that have worked with the sitter of your preference.
