Friendly, caring lady who loves cats and dogs
| I am an animal lover and have had cats since I was a child. I have never owned a dog as my working hours were too long and I strongly believe dogs need interaction and stimulation during the day. I am now semi retired and regularly walk my daughters dog, a Bichon Frise Jack Russell cross, and stay at her home to look after her dog and adult cat when they go away. I also stay at my sisters and look after her 2 adult cats, one who has diabetes and needs twice daily insulin injections. My own cat, who I lost during covid, had diabetes and pancreatitis so I am used to giving medications and feeding pets at times relevant to their conditions. I live alone and currently work 2 days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays. I have compete flexibility in my daily schedule on the days I do not work and can organise myself according to what I have going on. Debbie is so wonderful with our little doggy Pluto. She is incredibly caring and attentive and understands that as a Velcro dog he can’t be left alone as it makes him anxious, so she does everything with him on the days she looks after him. They go on lovely walks and outings and quiet time indoors. Pluto is always so happy after a day with Debbie and it is always a joy for us humans to spend time with her too!"

| I completed a foundation degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare in 2017 and I am now looking to gain further practical experience with animals. Since graduating I have been regularly volunteering with Norfolk Wildlife Trust and The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) which has allowed me to indulge in my passion for wildlife, the environment and conservation. I didn't know Sarah before but she has just looked after my 2 cats for 10 days over Christmas and New Year. Whilst I was away, she sent updates of how things were going with pictures of her playing with the cats every other day, which really helped to put my mind at ease. Sarah went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible and to provide plenty of attention to my pets.
