A hardworking Scottish lass who finds satisfaction in the spotless

Working as a housekeeper in a country hotel from age 16 it is engrained in me to seek for things to look pristine always. I was, alone, responsible for the weekend change over days fro 12 rooms. From this, I have learnt to work quickly and precisely so rooms were turned over within the right time frame yet still immaculate and fresh for the next guests. I am the youngest manager the UK's largest theatre has ever had. I have worked my way up to this role through hard work and knowing what it takes to have a front of house area (compromising of 5 bars, 5 kiosks and a restaurant) that looks elegant and appealing to patrons. I have gained a distinction in my Food Hygiene for Catering Level 3 qualification. Helping open the restaurant with a new and improved menu is something I have taken pride in. With this I have personally led many private functions - including numerous press nights for Scottish Premiers of touring shows. Working through the first part of the COVID-19 Pandemic in a large venue I am aware of the imperative nature of good hygiene practices. Buying my first home at the age of 21 it has made me very house proud and is a quality I'd enjoy putting into practice in your home too.
