I have been a support worker for 16 years working with Deaf and Deaf/Blind adults.
I have always kept my own home clean and tidy to a high standard but i started cleaning/housekeeping for clients 4 years ago.( had to take a break during Covid lockdowns)
I have undertaken oven cleaning, freezer defrosting, carpet cleaning, window cleaning and laundry amongst the more general every day tasks such as keeping kitchen and bathroom clean.
I always ensure that gloves and clothes for kitchen aren't used in bathroom and vice versa
I'm happy to clean skirting boards, behind and under beds, in fact I'm happy to do anything and everything I would do in my own home to maintain its cleanliness
I have Aspergers but don't let this put you off.
I have full clear DBS .
I drive and have full clean licence and my own car.
I am happy to provide my own cleaning products, I use white vinegar with essential oils added for worktop surfaces I've found that this is the best way to avoid allergic reactions for myself and clients, it's also less harmful to the environment.
I'll also arrive appropriately dressed, never wear outdoor foot wear indoors.
But I'm just as happy to use any products you provide.
