She works hard and is fast - very efficient and very thorough (she achieved an amazing amount of deep-clean in just under 3.5 hours). She is experienced - independently les the work with nil to limited guidance as she knew what to work on. She came across honest, lovely, and kind (she came as soon as she could as we needed help urgently, and was willing and happy to do everything I needed help with).
