| I’m a kind and caring character who has a mature outlook on life. A conscientious carer who has repeatedly delivered compassionate outstanding thought and support to every person I have worked for. I am an excellent communicator both within a team environment, or within the families I have worked for. My main passion in life is making a difference to others that need me, by building rapport and understanding their needs. I am well organized, focused and I have excellent time keeping skills. I am an extremely empathic person, hence why I have chosen this line of work. I have been working for the NHS as a health care assistant and was planning on go into nursing. I have worked in care home and the community as well as hospitals. I had my daughter in April 2022, so I have been off work for a year. I am now looking for flexible work, that would suit both parties. I have recently completed my health and social care level 2 qualification. I look forward to hearing from you :-)
