Elderly Care in Tewkesbury

| Hi my name is Dawn I have 18 years of care experience I have worked as a private carer in clients own homes, also nursing & residential homes aswell as working for a nursing agency in various hospitals. I was also awarded carer of the year for Gloucestershire with a nursing agency which is one of the most rewarding certificates. I have got NVQ 2 & 3 in social care and I am also not far from achieving my level 5 in management. I have also worked for 9 years with severely disabled young adults with complex needs.

| I have been a carer for the last 20years. I have my NVQ 2 certificate in health & social care. My DBS. I have my own liability insurance & my own car with a clean licence held for over 30 years. Ive worked in domicilary care for 10 years, private care for 3 years & have been self employed for over 9 years. I have a lot of experience with dementia care & end of life care (palliative) As well as care work, I can provide companionship, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, taking to appointments & social outings.

| Hi I've worked in all parts of care sector for 30 years . I have obtained my NVQ 3 in health and social care. I would like to care for people within their own homes , with household duties and personal care so as hopefully they can live happily at home.

| I have 5 years of experience in domestic care from working for a leading franchise and also my own self employed clients. I have completed care certificate training (equivalent to level 2) and also have certification with complex care, safe guarding and dysphasia. I have a clean DBS and I am CPR trained. Experienced with medication, personal care and meal preparation. I would also be willing to assist with light house work including washing, ironing, hoovering, etc.

| We are a support service within the Gloucestershire area, who are able to provide a caring service to the elderly or a disabled individual to live a independent life in the comfort of their own home and to ensure their safe at all times. We are able to assist with General Housework, Assisting with Shopping, Medication Administration, Prepare or Cook Meals, Assisting and Attending Your Appointments at the Doctors, Hospital or Dentist or to just sit and have a cup of tea and chat with you. We are available for almost anything. We are unable to assist at the moment with any Personal Care, but in the near future we are hoping to add this to our list of activates. We offer a range of cleaning services including: House Cleaning Office Cleaning School Cleaning Village Hall Cleaning, Public House (Pub) Cleanings And so much more

| Have worked in the care sector for 30 years . I have my NVQ 2 & 3 and experience of working in residential, nursing and hospitals. I have worked in many situations but my favourite is domancilary care . I'm looking for 2-3 hrs monday to friday but could be flexible.

| As a mother to four children, I feel that gaining certain attributes such as patience, caring, empathic and quick thinking in challenging situations are just some of the skills I can apply as a role of a carer. I have also qualified with a Distinction in an access to midwifery course as I feel I am very medical minded, especially when administrating and taking responsibility of the medication needs. I have one years experience looking after a friends relative, attending to personal and medical needs and just being a companion by being there for them if and when needed.
