Hi my name is Dawn I have 18 years of care experience I have worked as a private carer in clients own homes, also nursing & residential homes aswell as working for a nursing agency in various hospitals. I was also awarded carer of the year for Gloucestershire with a nursing agency which is one of the most rewarding certificates. I have got NVQ 2 & 3 in social care and I am also not far from achieving my level 5 in management. I have also worked for 9 years with severely disabled young adults with complex needs.
