My name is Olaniyi . I studied English Education as my degree. The programme gave me a background knowledge of psychology, educational management, philosophy and emphasis English and Literary Studies. For more than for years I was an English Language and Literature teacher ; impacting morals and knowledge in the lives of young students. Due to my commitment and hard work, I had the opportunity of being a member of different school committee set out to achieving specific tasks. This experience has improved my interpersonal relationships, communication and leadership skills.
In 2022, I signed up for a volunteering teaching job in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. This programme last for a year but the impact my team and I made was massive. The principal of the community school was pleased with my impact. The experience taught me commitment to service.
I also had the privilege of being a youth leader in my community so many years, Being a youth leader has improved my communication skills.
