| I consider myself to be a patient and supportive person who can relate well to people of all ages. I respect other people’s confidentiality and safeguarding. When working I gain my confidents through encouragement from my colleges and being able to work towards set goals. I like to keep busy and challenge myself to work above set targets. I care regularly for others and value the time I spend with others. I worked in a emi nursing home for 2 years and prior to that I was my mothers Carer for 24hours a day till she passed away.

I have been caring for the elderly for about 10 years: helping with general house work, laundry, prescription, shopping, etc. I have also helped people with MS and MNS disorders and cancer. I am a very caring and understanding person. I am honest and reliable.

| Hi! My name is Robbie and I have a broad range of experience in Care Work. I began with Domiciliary Care in people’s homes: It was here I gained experience from Personal Care, to an array of illnesses concerning Mental Health such as Dementia and Parkinson’s, to physically challenging conditions such as Diabetes, Paraplegia and Difficult Mobility. Additionally, I’ve learned how to manage difficult behaviour as I was an Au Pair for a couple of Dementia suffering Clients. The nature of this illness complicates socialising and inhibits normal behaviour for the sufferer. Most importantly, I have the patience, respect and empathy to bring kindness and comfort into a vulnerable person’s life, this I find utmost crucial. Elderly care provider
