I have worked in this field from leaving school age, I have done all aspects of careing, and even acting up officer many yrs ago, of a residential home of 40clients, I hav covered many courses over the yrs, and special needs, autism, depression, mental health lev 2, in my personal situation I am a carer for five individuals, I do class myself as a manager but not with recognition, I would love to have an opportunity to develope towards a higher level of the careing field if I had the right people supporting me.
