Along with my experience being a senior care assistant - I have branched out to other different kinds of caring jobs in hopes to expand my personal skills and develop my current experience.
As a senior care assistant - my main responsibility includes: Medication administration. Ordering of clients prescriptions. Arrangement of hospital and GP appointments and visits. Care planning, risk assessments and monthly audits of all individual documentations. Equipments used and care products supervision. Assistance in daily task and to ensure that mandatory training is updated.
Recently I have been working in a different setting of care such as short stay services for elderly and people with physical disabilities , patients who need rehab for the elderly ,home care and assisted living. I am confident to say that; base on my training and experience.I am a well qualified carer , I am reliable, respectful, empathetic, organised and an overall caring person. I am up to date with all mandatory training ,medication management, moving and handling, first aid, food hygiene. Im more than welcome to provide work and character reference along with BDS check if needed.
