Elderly Care in Lanark

| I have had a big influence in the caring of my grandparents, my papa who had kidney failure and my gran who has bad dementia though still lives on her own with the help her family. I am very comfortable working with the elderly and being patient and kind to them, altering the way I talk and go about tasks to make sure there always comfortable and happy without feeling anxious. I have lots of experience working with the public and in health care through university placements and work experience. For my degree I undertake manual handling training and regular courses to learn how to look after people with all kind of different needs. I am super friendly and love to have a blether and try brighten someone’s day through a song song or a story. I love listening to stories as well and will always have the time for anyone walking to talk to me but I also understand that some just like there own space and may need a wee rest.
