| I am a British Citizen. I completed an enhanced induction online training course, in person theoretical and practical training course with Christies Care. I hold an Enhanced DBS. Full UK drivers license. had experience caring for my dad who suffered 2 strokes. I have been working as a live in carer through Christies Care since March of this year. Christies covers a vast amount of Theoretical and Practical modules.

I have worked in a hospital at Palliative care for 1 year with people who had Dementia, Alzheimer, incontinence, cancers, with disabilities, paralysis, limitations of feeding themselves, strokes, going on the toilet etc. Also, I have worked for 2 years at a private dorm which has been for disable students and all of them have been in wheelchairs. Regards that, I have experience with the majority of limitations which can have people. Beside that, I had a chance to work for 6 months with a kid of 16 years old, who has autism and ADHD. I have had training regarding moving and handling, bowel care, medications, how to use a hoist, autonomic dysreflexia, passed tests for Care Certificate and Statutory and Mandatory training and etc. All 48 Certificates and Training I can forward you on your request.

| After your initial contact with our office we can arrange for Thomas to come and visit you in your own home. Thomas will discuss with you what you feel your needs are and arrange with you a care package specifically tailored to you. Carried out by fully trained and CRB checked carers to help you to maintain your independence and quality of life. Your family members can be involved in this process and are welcome to be there for the visit. Thomas will then return to the office and set up the package of care for you to start. This can be as quickly as 24hrs after the visit. Once you are receiving our service, Thomas will monitor your package, carrying out reviews three monthly in the beginning and then to six monthly. Thomas is also available to be contacted at any time through the office if you have any concerns or queries.
