| I have qualifications in advanced Heath Care ,NVQ3, First Aider, Dementia Care with Medication,Moving and Handling and experienced with complete Spinal cord Injury and ventilation, suctioning and peg feeding. I have an up to date DBS with a clean driving license. I am really calm and positive person and I love my job very much. | My name is Marion and I live in West Lothian. I have been a carer for the last 12 years and love it. During my time as a carer, I have dealt with many different life-changing illnesses. I am very experienced at dealing with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease and people living with MS I am very reliable and hardworking. I love spending time with my clients and listening to their stories about their lives. My main hobby is gardening which I have now extended and have an allotment where I grow my own fruit and veg. I find this a very rewarding and relaxing hobby. I love being outside and going for country walks. I love nothing more than helping people and bringing a smile to their day. | Qualified to SVQ3 & HNC in Health & Social Care other training including; medication, infection control, dementia care, continence care, food hygiene. Worked with clients who have suffered stroke, MS, Parkinson’s, paraplegic, vision impaired. Palliative care /terminal illness. I find dementia care to be amongst my strengths.
