| I worked In a nursing home and now I work in a care home, I have been at my current job 3 years. I have nvq 2 in health and social care. I also won best care newcomer in 2015 in East Sussex, I currently work with dementia. I am a caring loving compassionate reliable person.

| Hi, my name is Rhianna (Rhi) im 22 and i have been a carer since Jan 2013. I have worked days and nights in nursing homes and currently work 3 hrs per evening at a residential dementia home. I enjoy a lot of flexibility and independence in my work, I like working one-on-one with someone and developing a relationship with the people i care for. I can be creative and think on my feet.i love cooking for someone, especially baking. I love to bake a sweet treat or two! I enjoy helping with errands/shopping, conversing and participating in activities with you. I like fulfilling someone's requests and catering to an individual's likes and dislikes. I also don't mind doing housework and or garden work (my grandma tells me i have green thumbs!) I also enjoy helping with your pets (if you have any), i have a dog myself!.  I am passionate in all aspects of my work life and i love what I do. | I have worked in various care settings for 17+ years. 15 years ago I switched to working in the community for a care agency, which I loved doing. Over the years I have enjoyed meeting with new people and giving them 1 to 1 care. Working as a carer I have supported many clients with many different health conditions. I have supported many people to live independently in their own homes by helping with meal preparation, shopping, social support, domestic tasks, and personal care including catheter and stoma care. As well as having a qualification in NVQ 2: health and social care, I have completed courses in safeguarding, food hygiene, infection control, dementia, safe handling of medicines, basic first aid, moving and handling and pressure care.

| I'm Rianne, and I am 27. I Have previously worked in a 27 bed Dementia Care home, During my 3 years at the establishment, I assisted clients with washing and dressing, eating and drinking, daily activities, taking clients to appointments, administering medication meal preperation, I am also experienced in end of life and palliative care. I completed my NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care in 2015 specialising in Dementia and also completed a number of in house training courses and gained a number of certificates relevant to the role. I am aware of the special level of care it takes with dementia. I am part of a large family, the oldest of 5 children and my mother suffers from Fibromyalgia, so I have cared for her too when she has been bed bound. I am also an experienced house keeper so any house hold duties and cleaning can be covered and I love animals so I'm happy to walk dogs, feed cats ect.

| I have a good sense of humour and very caring I have looked after both my parents in their old age my Mother with dementia and my Father with severe arthritis and mobility problems, I have experience in general cleaning aswell.

| I have extensive experience in the field if providing complex personal care services (daily accompany, personal hygiene, hoisting) to clients with wide range of special needs (autism, dementia, brain injuries, imobility, vegetative coma, tracheostomy, other healt disease, end of life care etc ), gathered in a nursing home and in private care. I am Czech, speaking fluently english (basic russian,spanish, german, slovak). I live in Hastings, however willing to travel up to 30 miles under reasonable circumstances.
