I'm Rianne, and I am 27. I Have previously worked in a 27 bed Dementia Care home, During my 3 years at the establishment, I assisted clients with washing and dressing, eating and drinking, daily activities, taking clients to appointments, administering medication meal preperation, I am also experienced in end of life and palliative care. I completed my NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care in 2015 specialising in Dementia and also completed a number of in house training courses and gained a number of certificates relevant to the role. I am aware of the special level of care it takes with dementia. I am part of a large family, the oldest of 5 children and my mother suffers from Fibromyalgia, so I have cared for her too when she has been bed bound. I am also an experienced house keeper so any house hold duties and cleaning can be covered and I love animals so I'm happy to walk dogs, feed cats ect.
