| I cared for my mum well over 15 year who had very bad mobility due to arthritis her last 10 years were spent in a wheelchair, she also had a couple of strokes sadly she passed away 3 years ago. From then, till now, I worked with one company, spent more time travelling from job to job and was unhappy with the restraints of working for a company and not been able to give the client extra personal care and support they needed. I have experience in all aspects of caring from sitting and chatting preparing meals shopping cleaning washing and showering and all other aspects of caring.

| C's Home Services is a home care service that enables the elderly or disabled live in their own homes. We cover East Yorkshire. We work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Jobs we cover are Ironing / Cleaning Assisting with shopping Help making meals Night sits Assisting to get in and out of bed, Assisting with getting dressed Prompting to take medication Assist you to maintain or re-establish your independence, Help in making appointments, Help with use of telephone, Assistance with maintaining social contact, Assisting with attending Day Centres. Much much more DBS (police check) cleared. NVQ in Heath and secal care, first act trained, and much more. From 1 hour up to 6 hours a day every day or once a week or a one off visit we cater to suit all your needs.

| I have 8 years experience in the care sector. I started off as a carer in a residential setting dealing with a lot of dementia and challenging behaviour. I then moved to a smaller residential home where I became a senior carer and undertook my medication training and was in charge of running the shift. I have also worked for the NHS in mental health and learning disability units. I have been a support worker in the community for clients with mental health needs and have extensive knowledge in mental health. I have also done a social work degree and have lots of knowledge of safeguarding and legislation such as the care act, the mental health act and the mental capacity act.
