My name is Rachel. I'm a Mum of my two beautiful sons from the Vale Of Glamorgam. I have 3 years care experience on community and in nursing. I am trained with a wide selection of skills from first aid right the way through to safe guarding, food safetynand medicine management. As a Mum I also have experience in raising children, as well as being a child minder for a local family.
I'm able to care for children and elderly. To assist with daily tasks such as personal grooming, house keeping and meal prep to make lives easier and more comfortable. I can aid with personal care as well as toileting, maintaining a high level of dignity throughout these times. For recreation I love to play card game/board games/cooking and crafts because it is a way of keeping us mentally active/alert. I believe the outdoors and fresh air can do wonders for a positive outlook/well being.
