I have had years of caring for my own relatives and treasured moments with my own grandparents especially when they became sick and needed additional support. I have also worked in an elderly people's dementia until whilst on my nursing placements and understand the good and bad aspects that come with caring for an older individual. I have also worked in residential units with adults from 18 upwards and assisted them in their day to day lives.
