Elderly Care in Central Bedfordshire

| My name is Charlotte and I am a married mother of two adult sons and a 12 year old step daughter. I have experience caring for the elderly, as looked after my 90 year old Grandmother in my home for over 8 years, after she needed full time care. I was not willing for her to be taken into a care facility and wanted her to be loved and cared for with her family. I tended to all of her needs on a daily basis, washing, dressing, bathing and feeding her. I collected her medication, payed her bills and managed her money, took her to appointments, activities to keep her stimulated and took her away on holidays. I enjoy spending time with the elderly and would like to give my care and time to those who need looking after. I am available all day, everyday and have a full clean driving licence, enabling me to tend to all possible needs.

| I have looked after my Mother-In-Law who has Demensia. I worked for 2 years looking after people with learning disabilaties. I have done personal care housework and preparing meals, I also used to take them out for day trips to the shops and cinema.

| After working in the care sector in a managerial position for 3 years, I took a break to care for my father and now I have the time to continue my passion of caring for someone else. I have experience of delivering personal care, domestic help, social inclusion, administering medication and able to produce MAR charts. I am driver with business insurance.
