Childcare in West Drayton

| Hi my name is Zinneerah I am 23 years of age from London. I have been baby sitting for the past year and been working in a childcare setting for 3 years. I have done my masters degree in digital marketing and I currently also work in a primary school as a TA.

| I have 15 years experience working in childcare from ages 0-19 this includes working with children who have special educational needs. I am a mother to 2 children aged 5 and 14.

| I’ve had 3 years of experience in a private day nursery working with all ages starting from 3 months old up to 5 years old. I took a break from working with children to go into health care for the elderly and disabled as I wanted to experience all aspects of care from young to old. I now want to experience working with children in a different setting as being a Nanny is a new experience for me. The most important thing for me is to be able to have a relationship and a trusting bond between the children and the family to enable a happy environemt for everyone. Any questions I am more than happy to answer, I have my CV, certificates for my childcare qualifications and any other documents such as passport and driving license if needed. Hourly rate is to be discussed personally so don’t go against the rate I have put on my profile.

| I have been passionate about working with young children since I was 16, completing my CACHE Level 2 and 3 in childcare. Over the years, I've gained valuable experience in various nurseries and schools, taking on roles such as deputy manager and room leader. I love watching children develop into their unique selves and creating a homely, nurturing environment where they feel happy and safe. I plan activities that support their development and help them learn while being themselves. I particularly enjoy creating messy play activities for younger children, incorporating their interests and implementing activities that promote their learning. What I love most about childcare is the opportunity to make a positive impact on young children's lives. I cherish watching them grow and develop into their unique selves and I take great joy in creating a nurturing and homely environment where they feel safe and happy. Being part of their journey and helping them learn while being themselves is truly rewarding.
