Childcare in Tiverton

| I have extensive work experience in working with children with both physical and mental difficulties. I have extensive experience in both childcare, animal care and cleaning. I lived in Turkey during the summer holidays as a full time aupair from ####-####. I looked after two children aged 5 and 7 from 8 am - 8 pm 5 days a week. I cooked basic meals for their lunch and did house chores. I also taught the children English, helped them with their homework, took them swimming and played sports with them. I have also volunteered at The WESC Foundation, a specialist centre for the visually impaired. I ran a homework club, supporting students with their studies. The students had a range of difficulties and each student required a different programme of support. This role required patience and empathy as many of the students found it difficult to express themselves. I also had a childcare job for a family last year in Nottingham, the family had three children. I looked after them and cooked for the family 3-4 times a week and can ask for a reference if necessary.

| Hello my name is Sammi and I am 26 years old, I live in Tiverton but I am also able to travel to surrounding areas. My interests include art, learning languages (I am able to speak basic German, British sign language and Makaton sign language), cooking and baking, swimming, music and singing, being outdoors and active (long walks and yoga) & traveling-my latest trip was rock climbing in Spain. | I am 19 ears old, I live in Halberton in Tiverton. Because i do not drive, i can only cover childcare where bus routes are available (unless I get picked up). I am confident and i have a bubbly personality. I always put 110% into the work i do and i always go the extra mile to make the children and parents happy. I started babysitting when i was 14. I have experience of working with children from new born to 13 years old. I also have experience of working with children and adults with learning disabilities and i have received some training in this area. I have experience from a nursery aswell as caring for my 3 year old brother who is autistic. I have a real passion for working with children. I love looking after people whether its babysitting children or supporting adults with learning or health difficulties. I studied child care in high school and college. I played a huge part in the up bringing for both of them. I will help the children with homework do the cooking, cleaning, and activities with them.
