Here to give a helping hand.
| Some experience that i have would be having a little brother. My mom had him when i was 8 years old, and therefore for my mom to go to work i had to help around. I also have experience of looking after very young children starting from 6 months old. I wouldn't mind overnight stays if thats what you need. I know it can be hard to find childcare at this time. Any further question don't mind asking :)

Fun, Caring, Creative Babysitter/Nanny
| Hello, my name is Catherine. I live in Scarborough and do not mind traveling. At the moment I work in a nursery; however im looking for a job change. I am a qualified nursery practitioner with CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education. I have worked with all ages of children for the past five years; in both work placement and employment. I am looking to help a family who are in need of a caring, experienced and fun nanny. I love to be outdoors and love to get messy and creative. I have had work experience whilst at college; I did a year's experience in a private day nursery and a year's experience working in a school. I have then worked in a private nursery for 3 years; I then went on to being a private Nanny. Since then I have started work in a Private Nursery part time working afternoons. Due to the Coronavirus I have now being made redundant and would like to jump straight back into a career I am passionate about and love doing. Thank you for reading :) Take Care Catherine

Second to none childcare
| Hello! Growing up with 3 younger brothers I have had a love and interest in childcare from a very young age. When my youngest brother was born 3 and a half months early, I grew up pretty quickly! I learnt the art of nappy changing, bottle making, winding and rocking to sleep within a matter of weeks. Since then I have loved being around children, from babies to school leavers. I have always enjoyed cooking meals, and love the challenge of getting people to eat more than waffles and turkey dinosaurs!!! Whilst looking after your children, I will naturally have a clean up around after them, and any other little jobs that you need help with, such as putting the washing in, washing up, having a wipe around. I don't mind any pets, and would happy walk dogs, groom, clean up after at a small extra cost. For the last 6 years I have been in the British army, and currently going through the process of leaving, where I will be spending this time at home in Scarborough. With plenty of spare time on my hands throughout the week, I can cover any hours you might need.

How can I find childcare help near me?

What interview questions should I ask a childcare provider?

You want to find a childcare provider that will get along with your kids, but also follows many of the same parenting ideas you have. Structure your questions around how your kids behave in certain situations and what the provider thinks is the best action to take. And because there are plenty of activities to do in Scarborough, you should ask questions about the fun things each childcare provider would do to keep your kids happy and entertained. Finally, ask each provider about their past childcare experience, references from other families in Scarborough and if they are certified in first aid.
