Some experience that i have would be having a little brother. My mom had him when i was 8 years old, and therefore for my mom to go to work i had to help around. I also have experience of looking after very young children starting from 6 months old. I wouldn't mind overnight stays if thats what you need. I know it can be hard to find childcare at this time.
