I've lots of nursery experience including a deputy manager post and also 7 years nanny experience. I love to get out and about going for walks, visiting different parks, library, picnics and toddler groups etc. Cooking fresh meals for the children, healthy snacks and encouraging good manners. Firm and providing safe boundaries whilst promoting independence and self esteem. I always try and continue any routines already established and feedback to the parents. Most importantly to have fun!

| Hello, My names Isabel and I am 21 years old. I am from a large family who live in a countryside town, Newport Shropshire. I’ve have two cats, a dog, chickens and a few sheepI am currently Secretary of a young farmers club , where I plan social events, combining everyone’s interests to try and make it fun. I have spent the past two years doing an apprenticeship in childcare - early years. I have enjoyed every minute of working in childcare, watching the children develop from starting nursery to going to school. I love seeing children expressing themselves and I want to be able to encourage children to believe in themselves and for me to make a difference. I am furthering my knowledge at Chester university studying a teaching degree.
