| I am a very fun loving and easy going person who can easily adapt to most situations. I love being outdoors and being active, taking picnics down to the beach or to the park and getting the children out and about! For the last three years I have worked in a Residential Children’s home, progressing to the deputy role I am currently in. I have managed some very difficult and challenging behaviours due to caring for children with significant trauma. I’ve always had a passion for working with children and young people, where supporting them to achieve, discover new likes/dislikes and supporting their overall health and well-being brings me job satisfaction. I like to know at the end of the day I have made a positive impact upon that young people and supported them in their development. I am a very kind, energetic and bubble individual who loves to get involved in any task ahead, or taking spontaneous trips out to explore different places. I really enjoy enjoy baking and like to make nutritious meals. All of these things are brilliant life skills which you can get any child involved in at any age! I am extremely proactive and a self reliant individual who is confident in managing tricky situations if or when needed.
