| I am a confident, enthusiastic and patient individual with excellent communication skills. I am calm and competent and ensure I always provide a safe and clean environment for children to learn and play in. I have extensive experience with children, particularly with the early years age group, in both formal and informal settings. I have recently graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a BA Honorous degree in Early Childhood Studies during which I completed 700 hours of placement in nurseries and a school. I am able to a support with all aspects of children’s daily care needs (including night feeds etc if required). I have a problem-solving attitude which I apply to ensure that I deliver great service and positive outcomes for those I am working for. I work effectively and proactively and tailor activities to the children in my care. I have two nieces and two nephews ranging from 9 months to 3 years, two of whom are twins. I have recently been lodging with my sister and her twins and as such have been heavily involved in supporting her with all aspects of their care and I love it! I recently worked as an interim nanny for a family with two small children while they relocated.
