| I hold an NNEB qualification, in which I qualified over 28 years ago at Leicester college. I also hold a level 3 qualification in forest school. I started off as a Nanny, caring for children from the age of 1 to 6 years old. My roles included planning stimulating activities, cooking, doing light housework and taking to and from nursery and school. I worked in this field for around 4 years, then chose to care for children in a local day nursery, caring for 2-3 year olds. Here my roles were very similar as bring a nanny, except I was caring for a larger number of children. I have now been working in nurseries for over 20 years. For the past 7 years i have taken on the role of being a room leader, both in the 2-3 year old room and with pre school children.
