| I have 3 years’ experience working in a residential setting with children with autism. In the home, we use a person-centred approach focusing on a life that makes sense to them. I have a passion for working with children, and enjoy watching them develop, learn, and grow. Many of the qualities I have are beneficial to the role of a nanny. My main responsibilities as a Support Worker. support with personal care, administer medication, helping them access the community, driving the school vehicles. it would also be my role to plan activities in the house, such as setting up sensory sessions, arts and crafts helping them with their life skills . Other responsibilities include cooking healthy meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the home, promoting routines and advocating within their best interests. I would say I am empathetic, calm, approachable, can manage heightened situations in a professional manner and I give 100% in everything. I have strong values and treat everyone with respect, I work well in team swell as working alone. When I am not working, I like to socialise with my friends, travel and explore new places, listen to music and have an interest in photography and fashion.

| I have worked in nurseries for the past 8 years. I enjoy working alongside children and helping them learn and grow, it does not seem like a job to me as I enjoy it so much. I have experience of working with babies from 4 months up to two years. I have worked with 3-4 year olds as well. I am caring, friendly and polite. I have level 2 and 3 qualification in child care. I am DBS checked and have first aid.
